MythicEMR Platform

An EMR and operations platform for online clinics, built solo from data model to deploy.

What I covered

Product scope, data model, every app, the integrations and the infrastructure.

The public platform page: one system for the clinic, its doctors and its patients.

The problem

Online clinics usually stitch intake, prescribing, pharmacy orders, payments and patient messages together from separate tools. MythicEMR puts them in one multi-tenant system where each clinic's data stays apart and sensitive fields stay sealed.

What I built

  • Five apps on one platform: the API, the staff admin, the patient portal, partner docs and a background worker.
  • Each clinic's data kept strictly apart, sensitive fields encrypted, and account deletion that respects record-keeping rules.
  • Intake with draft autosave, consent and e-signature, then encounters, prescriptions, refills and subscriptions.
  • Pharmacy routing (Lifefile, Pharmetika, DoseSpot, DigitalRx) and pluggable payments (Authorize.net, Stripe, NMI, Gr4vy) and messaging (Brevo, Klaviyo, Twilio, SMTP).
  • Secure video visits, an audit log, two-factor sign-in and Google sign-in.

Where it landed

80 API modules, 135 SQL migrations and 166 API test files across 468 commits (September to October 2026), all written by me. The platform runs privately behind login.
