The problem

Support answers for a growing list of enterprise clients lived across tickets and people. Clients needed one place to search, and one clear way to ask.

  • Designed the portal in Figma.
  • Built the theme in HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Zendesk.
  • Request types routed by topic: panel help, campaign issues and integration support.
  • Sign-in, request submission and help-article pages.
