Agent Office OS

A multi-tenant SaaS built for a client that shows a company's AI agent team as a living 3D office.

The problem

Teams running AI agents across marketing, sales, support and ops can't see what the agents are doing, and nothing should email a client or move money without a person saying yes.

What I built

  • A React Three Fiber office: department zones around an AI 'brain', desks with live status, camera fly-to and particle streams driven by server-sent events.
  • Agents with persona, memory, playbooks and tools; streaming chat and scheduled runs.
  • 11 connectors (search, RSS, email in and out, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Notion, Stripe read-only, webhooks), each with a live health check.
  • An approvals queue: emails, payments and proposals run only after a human approves.
  • Multiple AI providers with admin-pays or bring-your-own-key billing, encrypted key storage and per-tenant usage metering.
Mock-up with demo data: nothing goes out until a person approves it.
